MINUTES OF MEETING October 2nd 2007
Present:
Alex, Brad, Dale, Don, Gail, Judy, Ken, Mark, Omer, Rick, Roman and Ron.
Old Business:
- Sign up at KMS tools for points towards club door prizes and discounts. Brad to see if the same points and discounts are offered at the Abbotsford store.
- Fall BBQ at Richard’s Oct 13th
New Business
- Go as a group to car shows, meet somewhere ahead of time?
- Thank you letters sent out. One more thank you letter to be sent out to the Aldergrove Midas.
- Events for club for winter / bowling /garage tours etc. Bowling, to check with Ed.
Don to check with Earl Tucker about tour. Studebaker club to be asked about a tour.
- Christmas Party; Saturday, December 8th, Roman & Judy’s Casino party. Doors open at 5:00, $20.00 Per person, includes buy in for Casino and Pig Roast.

- Art work for dash plaques, trophies and t shirts to be 5-6-7 poster.
- Dash plaques for the first 100 only.
- Different field. (Across street?) Brad to investigate if the west field and covered area is available.
Other locations were discussed for the picnic; we did not want to change location or name drastically for the 30th annual
