MINUTES OF MEETING August 7, 2007
Present:

Old Business:
Aldergrove Lake Picnic
- Members are encouraged to get door prizes.
- Insurance has been arranged.
- Park has been reserved.
- Dave will ensure the grass is cut at the park.
- Dave will bring his trailer for our office and act as emcee.
- Ron Greavette will arrange an ad in the Buy & Sell.
- Dave has prepared the ballots for the spectators.
- Ron and Don to purchase tools from KMS for raffle prizes.
- Trophies: Glass World, Prospera Credit Union, Newton Lions, Dr. Johnson, Classic Bowtie Connection, Old Car Center have been confirmed for donations. Ed Waage is going to check with Gasoline Alley, Mopac and Broco Glass about their continued trophy sponsorship.
LeMay Museum trip
- No 15 passenger rental vans available for August 25th
Rental companies would charge 3 days rent for minivans.
Car pooling is our best bet.
New Business
- Members are encouraged to tell the cashiers at KMS Tools that you are a member of the Fifty 567 Club when you make purchases. The Club will then get points redeemable for raffle and door prizes.
- A special meeting for last minute preparations for ALP to be held at Dick’s place Tuesday, August 21st at 7:30. 604 463 2175
- Fall BBQ to be held at the home of Richard Stirling Saturday October 13th at 2:00 call for directions 604-930-5010.
