WANTED the where abouts of one-JAMES RICHARD TOWERS currently living in Edmonton Alberta-He has lived in Victoria BC-He may be selling cars that do not exist,he sold me one 1968 Chevelle/SS/396/4 Speed car VIN# 1383781105491----He had paper work British Columbia Title and Ontario documentation on said car showing it in his name-Car had been destroyed 5 years ago.He was last trying to sell said documentation on KIJIJI.COM------

Please report him to the RCMP file# 2006-149561, or email any address info to this site or ICBC Fraud file# 06-3146 .Hotrodding and Classic Car owners and Car Clubs must protect each other against these type of crooks and put them where they belong.FRAUD IS A CRIME
